Holy Crap, The World’s Most Amazing Breakfast Cereal,
Comes to the Market!
There are very few cereals out there which are gluten free, lactose free, and vegan…but they have two of them at Balemans Produce: Holy Crap and Skinny B.
The key ingredient in both is Chia, an oil seed crop grown in Mexico that was once more valuable than gold to the Aztecs. They also both contain hulled hemp hearts and organic buckwheat. Skinny B has just these three ingredients, while Holy Crap has organic cranberries, raisins, apple bits, and cinnamon added to it. Both are high in iron and dietary fibre, and rich in omega 3, omega 6 and antioxidants. They are also a source of calcium and protein.
The cereal is easy to use: mix just 2 tablespoons of cereal with 4 tablespoons of milk. Stir, wait 3-4 minutes, and your breakfast is ready to eat. It can also be added by the tablespoon to yogurt, oatmeal or granola.
