HUMAN DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL Randy Hatfield, Executive Director The Human Development Council is a United Way agency and has been located in the City Market for 25 years. The Council promotes and co-ordinates social development in the greater Saint John area. It involves citizens, agencies, government, and the private sector in addressing social issues and concerns. The Council's Community Information Center provides a link between those who need information on health, social, government and community services and the services available in Charlotte, Kings, and St. John counties. |
